By engaging Website Designer Pakistan (“we,” “us,” “our”) for any web design, development, digital marketing, SEO, or related services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
We provide a range of digital services as described on our website and in project proposals. The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in a separate written agreement or invoice before work begins. Any changes to the scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business data shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Website Designer Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may integrate third-party tools (hosting, payment gateways, APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of such third-party services. Use of these services is at your own risk.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the Client terminates before completion, they are liable for the work completed up to that date, and any advance payment may be retained as compensation. We reserve the right to terminate if the Client breaches these terms or fails to pay.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
